This month’s featured players are Kaleigh Kenny and Katie Becker. Both ladies epitomize what makes very good players become great and how Coach Grant’s training has helped in that transition. Both ladies play on the 16U Pistons Exposure team which utilizes “Coach Grant’s Training System.” Check out their basketball highlights below and it will be easy to see why they have earned this month’s honor.

| This 2010 grad has been working on her game since she was 9 years old. She has been a long time member of the MI Shock AAU basketball club and most recently a member of the heralded 16U Pistons-Exposure team. As an AAU athlete she has attended 6 National tournaments and was part of the 3rd overall team in the nation. Her 4 year high school varsity career has been highlighted with MVP awards and team captain as a junior. Kaleigh’s desire to be the best translates into the classroom as well. She is a member of the National Honor Society with a 3.8 GPA in advanced courses including math and sciences. She keeps the Student/Athlete label in perspective by always keeping student first. Recently her dream of playing college basketball was realized by her verbal acceptance of a scholarship offer from Findlay University in Ohio. Kaleigh will be part of the Findlay Oiliers starting with the 2010/2011 season. |

Katie is a multi sport athlete who works tirelessly at her basketball game. She has played AAU basketball since an early age and has been involved with the Raptors, Wolfpack and Shock organizations. Her work ethic and effort are second to none and you can see that this past summer when she played for the Pistons 16U Exposure team. Being named to MVP lists at high end tournaments is the by-product of her efforts in the gym training and working on her game. Her high school varsity career has seen her 2009 team win their conference, Districts and become a Finalist in the Regionals as well as taking Macomb County Team of the Year. Her work on the court mirrors her efforts in the classroom. Carrying a 3.8 GPA she is a member of many school leadership groups as well as the National Honor Society. Katie recently achieved one of her goals by verbally accepting a full scholarship to play for the Northern Michigan University Wildcats starting in the 2010/2011 season. |

This month's featured players are Eryn Maday and Sarah Miller. This
dynamic duo of sophomores just completed their second varsity season in
the tough MAC White Division. Together this tandem has helped Utica
High School become a force to be reckoned with from outside shooting to
lightning quick ball handling. Both girls have picked up their game this
last year by attending Coach Greg Grant's various training sessions.
They have worked tirelessly on honing their skills between training
sessions and it is paying dividends for both. Together they are also part
of the acclaimed AAU 16U MI Shock/Pistons Exposure team which utilizes
Greg Grant's Coaching System. |

Meet Bryan Nusbaumer, a 6-foot-4-inch young man with a passion for basketball. All the way from his home in Geneva, Switzerland, Bryan spent a month in southeast Michigan intensively training with Coach Grant. How did this come about? While Coach Grant played on Switzerland's professional team in 1996, he was noticed by Bryan's family. Bryan was sent to Coach Grant to refine his fundamentals. Coach Grant regards this as a compliment of the highest degree, as fundamental soundness is the core of European basketball.
What does Bryan think of this most unique experience with Coach Grant?
"I will remember this experience forever. I am thankful to Coach Grant for the unique changes he has made in my game!"
